Refund Policy for Perfect Quick Meal

At Perfect Quick Meal, we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality Indian Sweets and Namkeen prepared with love and care. Every product is made in small batches to ensure freshness and authenticity.

Since our items are perishable food products, we maintain a strict hygiene process and transparent delivery system. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.
 

No Return Policy
 

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final, except in cases of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or spoiled products upon arrival

  • Missing items from your order
     

Refund Eligibility
 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product delivered was incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  • The package was tampered with or unsealed upon delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product and the outer packaging.

  • The item must be unused and unconsumed (if applicable).

After reviewing your claim, we will confirm eligibility and process a refund or replacement.
 

Refund Process
 

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error.
     

Cancellations
 

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once your order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
     

Late or Missing Refunds
 

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card company — it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@perfectquickmeal.com for assistance.
